What we process
Contact details you share yourself (name, email, message), plus usual technical logs (e.g. IP, user agent) for security and site operation. For internal administration we may also process financial data that we retrieve or enter ourselves.
Purpose
Handle contact, deliver our services, and run internal operations. No selling of data. No marketing profiles.
Sharing
Hosting stays in the EU where possible. We only share with providers needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.
Retention
As short as reasonable for the purpose. Contact messages for as long as the conversation runs. Other data for as long as needed for administration or legal obligations.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Email dev@bewondr.ai. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
